AccessViolationException on SetIndexBuffer

description

I got an "An exception of type 'System.AccessViolationException' occurred in SharpDX.Direct3D11.dll but was not handled in user code" while running the sample Week01D3D11Tutorials.

It was raise on the
Device.ImmediateContext.InputAssembler.SetIndexBuffer(indicesBuffer, Format.R16_UInt, 0);

Any ideas?
